Product description
The wooden grid is made of dark stained beech wood. The individual wooden slats are connected by a PVC coated steel rope, and zinc plated threaded bolts are used as fasteners. The special treatment of the wood increases its resistance to liquids and dirt. Ideal for extreme machining services, in which a safe and anti-slip surface is required. The rubber feet on the bottom take the load off the spine and the entire musculoskeletal system when working when standing. The ribbed wooden slats have an anti-slip effect.
Metal and wood shavings fall through the profiles. The oil and chemical resistant wooden grid is particularly suitable for use in front of machines that produce swarf or in CNC centres. Rolling up the grid allows the floor beneath to be cleaned conveniently. Can be laid variably. Resistant to pressure and mechanical loads. In combination with a ramp element, the wooden grid can also be driven on by forklift trucks. Slat width 80 mm, height 35 mm, weight approx. 13 kg/m². Roll length max. 10 m.
