The UFA weighing beam offers maximum flexibility, precision, and mobility in industrial weighing technology. The flexible solution is particularly suitable for large, voluminous or long weighing goods, as the weighing beams are freely positionable. An occupational safety cover is supplied complete, as is a table stand with a wall bracket for the evaluation unit. The sturdy handles facilitate the transport of the weighing beams, and weight values and counting parts can be conveniently recorded via the summing function.

The robust steel beams with integrated high-performance load cells enable precise weighing of loads with a readability from 0.5 kg. Thanks to the IP68-protected load cells, the beams are protected against dust and splash water and are therefore ideally suited for use in warehousing, production, agriculture, and logistics. A major advantage of the UFA weighing beam lies in its flexibility: the distance between the two beams is variably adjustable, so that objects of different sizes, pallets, containers or machines can be weighed precisely. In addition, it is equipped with carrying handles and wheels, which enables quick relocation and mobile use.

The digital display unit with a large LCD display ensures a clear, easily readable display of the measurement results. Via Bluetooth, WLAN or wired interfaces, the weight data can be transferred directly to ERP, MES or warehouse management systems. This allows the UFA series to support integration into Industry 4.0 processes and enables automated data acquisition without media discontinuities.

With additional functions such as piece counting, summing, percentage weighing, tolerance checking, and checkweighing, it is versatile and suitable for goods receipt, dispatch, order picking, and quality assurance. The low-maintenance design, robust components, and simple operation make the weighing beam a durable and economical solution for any industrial operation.
