Tubular steel frame (Ø 22 x 1.8 mm) with 2 long and 2 indented short tubes, each long tube features a notch at the end that engages in the side mesh panel of the roll container. There are 4 holes in the frame. There is a ring made of flat iron (15 x 3 mm) on the inside with a radius of approx. 205 mm, 4 bungee cords are fixed to the frame using one plastic clamp each (one for each hole), 4 open tube ends are sealed with one ball plug each.
