A bayonet lock connects the cylinder to the sturdy base. This is bolted in place, or is bonded to the road surface using a standard adhesive.
The flexible material of which the LeitPins are made will not break even in sub-zero temperatures. LeitPins that are driven into right themselves several times.

Even larger areas can be cordoned off easily, flexibly and inexpensively when used in combination with a plastic chain.
Simply pull the chain through the eyelet cover and attach to the first post or end post using a connecting link or a suspension hook.
