Mezzanine floor standard shelf unit

The mezzanine floor offers a heavy-duty, bolted steel construction with powder coating and quickly creates usable space for warehouse, office or production.

Take advantage of the flexible design: supports and beams consist of hot-rolled steel, purlins made of cold-rolled profiles are slotted into the beams, so that there is no loss of height and the floor can be modularly extended or relocated. The floor is bolted, which simplifies subsequent conversions or relocations. The flooring made of 38 mm thick standard moulded chipboard P4 is laid with tongue and groove and is unfinished on both sides. The surface is high-quality powder coated and available in four standard colours: reseda green RAL 6011, gentian blue RAL 5010, flame red RAL 3000 or light grey RAL 7035.

The solution is suitable for operators who require additional storage or work space economically. Due to the project-specific planning, environmental and accident prevention regulations can be taken into account. The bolted construction allows for subsequent relocation without difficulty, and the modular expandability makes it attractive for growing inventories. Craft businesses, logistics centres and industrial customers benefit from the robust steel design, the heavy-duty wooden flooring and the low-maintenance, colourfast surfaces.
