The magnetic vice jaws enable the secure clamping of flat workpieces with very delicate details without damaging or scratching their surface.
The protective jaws are made of highly flexible polyurethane with a Shore hardness of A82. The material adapts to the shape of the clamped workpiece, thereby creating a firm, gentle grip. Even delicate components can be reliably secured without causing disruptive pressure marks or scratches. After being subjected to load, the flexible polyurethane returns to its original shape. As a result, the vice jaws are suitable for recurring clamping operations. An extremely powerful neodymium magnetic strip holds the jaws securely on the vice. This facilitates attachment and alignment and prevents accidental slipping during preparation. The magnetic vice jaws fit all vices and machine vices and can be used flexibly at different workstations.
The protective jaws are suitable for workshops, assembly areas, maintenance and manufacturing. In particular, they solve the problem of securely working on flat or delicate workpieces whose fine details and surfaces could be damaged by conventional clamping jaws.
