Storage unit – Leitz mail and form set, housing: grey

The Leitz mail and forms set storage box provides a clear solution for storing and sorting forms, stationery and other documents. The housing is made of polystyrene and is designed for structured document storage at the workstation.

The individual drawers are suitable for holding paper sizes up to A4 or C4. They close flush with the housing and allow a clear division of different documents and forms. An integrated drawer stop prevents the drawers from unintentionally sliding completely out of the housing when pulled out.

For labelling the contents, the drawers are equipped with interchangeable labels. This allows the individual storage sections to be labelled according to their respective contents and reassigned as required. A grip hole in the drawer base makes it easier to remove the inserted documents.

The smooth surface of the polystyrene housing is easy to clean. Depending on the model, different versions of the mail and forms set are available. The combination of individual drawers, labelling options, drawer stop and grip hole offers a functional solution for the orderly storage of frequently needed documents in everyday office life.
