Mobile and lowerable workbench, Series 8000 frame construction – eurokraft pro 3 drawers, lift door vice

Solid beech worktop, 40 mm thick. Surface protection provided by environmentally friendly Danish oil. Worktop depth 700 mm.
System base frame as 4 leg welded frame with two pairs of frame feet made of profiled steel tubing (45 x 45 x 2 mm) incl. cross braces (top and bottom). Powder coated in light grey RAL 7035. Frame feet at bottom with end element incl. non-slip stud for a stable footing. Wheeled base installed on the bottom with eccentric lever (right). Operation of the eccentric lever only possible up to a max. load of 300 kg. The wheeled base can be retracted and extended using the eccentric lever. Wheeled base with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors (castor diameter 100 mm, overall height 125 mm, tread made of thermoplastic rubber (non-marking, 85° shore), wheel body made of polypropylene). Fixed castors are installed on the left side, swivel castors on the right side (secured using wheel plate). Bar handle/push handle (enclosed loose). Powder coating. Max. distributed load 1250 kg (or max. 450 kg when the wheeled base is extended). Delivered fully assembled.

Vice forged from quality steel in die blocks, hardened and virtually indestructible. Adjustable guides ensure a consistently smooth motion. The MDS allows quick removal of the spindle spanner to use any tool with 1/2'' square as a drive tool. The extra large, expertly hardened anvil is ideal for use for smaller straightening and compression jobs. Jaw width 120 mm, clamping depth 82.5 mm, clamping width 146 mm, anvil size 75 x 75 mm, overall length 365 mm, foot diameter 150 mm.
Lift door: the vice is quick and easy to fold under the workbench using the lift door. The integrated height adjustment device ensures ergonomic work and, in addition to being height adjustable, also allows the vice to be turned.
