Flood prevention hose pack of 2, black

A reliable flood defence can be crucial in an emergency to sustainably protect physical assets, operations and infrastructure. The innovative flood barrier tube offers companies, municipalities and public institutions a fast, effective and straightforward solution for preventive disaster management. Whether at doors, gates, windows, basement windows, garage driveways or other vulnerable areas – the versatile barrier tube helps to reliably repel incoming water and minimise damage to buildings and inventory.

Inside the black flood barrier tube is a high-performance, water-absorbing polymer. Unlike conventional sandbags, no laborious filling with sand is required. As a result, users benefit from significantly easier handling, reduced transport effort and rapid operational readiness. The robust and high-quality outer material ensures high resistance to stresses and supports reliable sealing during heavy rain, flooding and other extreme weather events.

Activating the flood barrier tube is remarkably simple: submerge it in fresh water until it has reached around 80 to 90 % of its maximum filling capacity. Afterwards, the tube can be placed directly at the areas to be protected. For larger cordons, multiple tubes can be laid tightly against each other to create an effective barrier against penetrating water. Please note that salt water is not suitable for activation.

Thanks to its rapid operational readiness, simple application and reliable protective effect, the flood barrier tube is an ideal solution for companies, industrial plants, workshops, storage facilities and municipal institutions that want to prepare effectively for heavy rain and flood events. At the same time, compact storage enables space-saving stockpiling so that an immediate response is possible in an emergency and valuable time is gained.
