Floor support X-GUARD CLASSIC – stable base for machine protective fencing

The X-GUARD CLASSIC floor support forms a reliable basis for mounting machine protective fencing and mesh partitions. With an optional height of 2000 mm or 2300 mm and a floor clearance of 100 mm, it is suitable for setting up safe protective zones around machines, robots and automated systems. The zinc yellow model ensures good visibility in the working environment and supports clear demarcation of safety areas.

The floor support is manufactured from high-quality steel with a material thickness of 1.5 mm. The sturdy rectangular tube with the dimensions 50 x 50 mm provides a resilient construction for professional use. The powder coated surface in zinc yellow to RAL 1018 additionally protects the steel from external influences and ensures a uniform appearance within the X-GUARD system.

The integrated base cover protects the lower connection area and enables a neat, closed appearance. The floor clearance of 100 mm facilitates cleaning beneath the protective fencing and at the same time creates clearance from the floor. For the installation of wall elements and further system accessories, the floor support is coordinated with the components of the X-GUARD CLASSIC machine protection system. Holes on several sides support flexible and secure fastening.

The floor support is ideal for production areas where machines, robots and automated processes must be spatially partitioned. It supports the modular setup of customised protective fencing solutions and enables a clear, permanently stable installation.
