Product description
Master Mould 100 is an aqueous ultrasonic cleaner specifically developed for the plastic injection moulding industry to effectively clean mould inserts. The product effectively removes volatile plastic components, plastic residues, grease, corrosion inhibitors and flash rust.

A special feature of Master Mould 100 is its anti-blacking agent, which prevents some steels from darkening during cleaning. The product is suitable for a wide range of materials such as steels, stainless steels, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Master Mould 100 is a product that contains no VOCs and can be used in existing cleaning systems with oil separators, as it demulsifies oil that has been introduced. Cleaning in circulation systems such as the hot water parts washers, Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible as the cleaner foams.

It is an environmentally friendly and effective cleaning solution for mould inserts in the plastic injection moulding industry.

– For use in an ultrasonic device

Usage:
Add 20 – 50% of the cleaner to the ultrasonic bath and dilute with water.
