Immersion cleaning tank – safe parts cleaning through complete immersion

The immersion cleaning tank enables professional and safe cleaning of larger parts through complete immersion. The robust immersion container made of stainless steel combines convenient working with well thought-out handling of cleaning fluids and dirt.

Larger components can be fully immersed and thoroughly cleaned directly in the small parts cleaner. A practical parts basket is available for smaller parts or open containers. It facilitates controlled lowering into the cleaning tank and supports structured workflows. Smaller open containers can also be safely placed in the tank.

During cleaning, the lid of the washing container is conveniently held open via a pedal. The pleasant working height supports ergonomic processes. After use, the lid closes slowly and automatically.
Spilt liquid is collected by the integrated base sump. A sieve bottom allows coarse dirt to sink to the bottom, thereby separating it from the immediate working area. For emptying, the small parts cleaner features a brass drain tap in the bottom of the basin. This facilitates clean and controlled handling of the liquids used.

The lid, basin and base sump are made of resistant stainless steel. As a result, the cleaning tank offers high durability for regular professional use in workshops, production areas and maintenance departments.
