Container for document shredding – compact data protection directly at the workstation

The container for document shredding stores confidential documents securely and in a space-saving manner. With a capacity of 80 litres, the compact data protection container fits under the desk and enables the protected collection of sensitive papers directly at the workstation.

The document container is made of aluminium and has a smooth, easy-care surface. Very sturdy edge profiles run around the top and bottom. They support a permanently stable container shape and increase durability in daily use. This makes the data protection container suitable for offices, administrations, HR departments, law firms and other areas where confidential data material regularly accumulates.

A hinged lid with two retaining straps closes the document container. Documents are conveniently inserted via the integrated deposit slot. The reach-through protection makes unauthorised removal of already deposited documents difficult. The toggle fastener with integrated cylinder lock provides additional protection. In this way, files and sensitive papers remain reliably secured until their scheduled destruction.

There is a sprung drop handle on each of the two end panels. This makes the data protection container easy to align and transport. Four swivel castors make it flexibly manoeuvrable in tight spaces. The non-marking polyurethane wheels with a 50 mm wheel diameter protect sensitive floor coverings.

By being accommodated under the desk, the document container takes up no additional floor space in walkways or work areas. Discarded files, data materials and other papers can be safely deposited immediately after use. This reduces confidential documents lying around in the open and facilitates regulated processes during subsequent document shredding.
