The lightweight roller conveyor with aluminium rollers enables a reliable and smooth material flow in internal conveyor technology. Thanks to its robust, modular design, the roller conveyor can be flexibly integrated into existing conveyor systems and extended if required. This saves time, reduces personnel costs and supports efficient processes when transporting unit loads.

The lightweight roller conveyor with aluminium rollers is suitable for transporting goods with a unit weight of up to 40 kg. The aluminium load rollers ensure smooth running and reliably support conveyed goods with differently shaped undersides. Whether smooth base, longitudinal rib, annular collar or grid structure – the roller conveyor guarantees the reliable transport of various conveyed goods. For trouble-free operation, the conveyed goods must rest on at least three load rollers. With an axle spacing of 62,5 mm, this corresponds to a minimum product length of 190 mm. The sturdy tubular steel construction combines high load-bearing capacity with a low dead weight, making it suitable for continuous use in daily production.

A track connector is already included in the scope of delivery. Optionally available supports facilitate assembly and also serve as connecting elements between the individual segments. Thanks to the modular design, the lightweight roller conveyor with aluminium rollers can be adapted to changing production conditions at any time. Supplementary curve elements also enable flexible routing within the conveyor system.

The lightweight roller conveyor with aluminium rollers is a field-tested solution for production plants, warehouses, dispatch areas and assembly lines. It supports a smooth internal material flow, reduces manual transport effort and facilitates the organisation of recurring material movements. The flexibly expandable roller conveyor grows with the requirements of the operation and helps to economically expand existing conveyor systems.
