Warehouse management cleverly solved – with the E-Multicabinet for secure storage, structured material dispensing and smart inventory control.

The well-thought-out dispensing cabinet is available as a base module with PC and touchscreen as well as an extension module – allowing the E-Multicabinet to be expanded at any time as required. The extension units are available in different versions – with varying numbers of compartments that can be controlled. All extension units are connected to the base module and can only be used in combination with a base module. This provides you with a flexible and expandable stand-alone solution that impresses with its simple installation and handling.

Rely on an organised storage of different equipment such as workwear, power tools and smartphones. Thanks to the different compartment options, the E-Multicabinet is ideal for a wide range of storage conditions and applications.

Thanks to the electronic access control, personalised access profiles can be created and stored items can be dispensed individually – for transparent inventory control and secure storage. The E-Multicabinet is a stand-alone solution and is not integrated into the warehouse management system. Communication takes place via email (e.g. regarding stock levels).

With the required E-Control software licence (must be ordered separately), you can rely on a smart warehouse management system. The software is used, among other things, to control access rights, visually display storage positions, map turnover, storage and retrieval processes, manage and evaluate product data, design labels and much more.

The E-Multicabinet base module has a WLAN connection and is also supplied including a 3 m long network cable. Windows is pre-installed as the operating system.

The shelves of the cabinet have a max. load of up to 30 kg and the housing can support a load of up to 500 kg. Solid sheet metal hinged doors with a 110° opening angle ensure quick access to the cabinet contents.

The smart workshop cabinet is equipped with a central service compartment that allows maintenance and emergency opening via a cylinder lock.

The E-Multicabinet is equipped with electronic access – available in two models: you can choose between PIN or optional RFID access. The management of PIN access (passwords) takes place directly at the base module of the cabinet, as does the programming of RFID badges. Matching RFID badges and other accessories are not included in the scope of delivery and can be purchased in the online shop. Please note the following information on the required accessories:

– Mains cable: required and must be ordered separately. Not included in the scope of delivery of the E-Multicabinet. Mains cable for the power connection of the base module. Extension modules (if placed next to each other in a row) do not require their own mains cable, as they must be connected to the base unit and are supplied with power through it. However, it is recommended to connect an additional mains cable there after every tenth extension module.

– E-Control software licence: required and must be ordered separately. Not included in the scope of delivery of the E-Multicabinet. Matching, permanent software licence for the use of the base module. Extension modules are connected to the base unit and thus run via the software (so they do not require a separate software licence).

– User badges: required for the E-Multicabinet with RFID access. The badges must be ordered separately. Not included in the scope of delivery of the E-Multicabinet. With the user badges, users can identify themselves at the cabinet to access compartments enabled for them. The programming of the user badges takes place directly at the cabinet via the E-Control software licence (not included in the scope of delivery).
