Drum lifting and tilting unit – efficient drum handling with lifting and emptying in a single operation

The drum lifting and tilting unit combines safe drum handling and controlled emptying in a compact solution. With a lifting height of up to 1350 mm and a precisely adjustable drum tilt, the transport device supports efficient work processes when handling heavy drums.

For maximum flexibility, the lift can be performed via drawbar or optional pedal. This allows the drum handling to be adapted to different working conditions. The drum tilt is regulated via a steering wheel and allows a slope of approx. 120°. This facilitates the targeted emptying of drums and supports a controlled dosing of the contents.

The robust transport device features an integrated pressure relief valve that protects the hydraulics and contributes to a long service life. The powder coated surface in basalt grey RAL 7012 (not suitable for perchloroethylene) offers a resistant protection in daily industrial use. Two swivel castors with stop (Ø 180 mm) and two fork rollers (Ø 150 mm) made of polyurethane ensure smooth running properties as well as a secure stand during the work process.

With a max. load capacity of 400 kg and a clear chassis width of 950 mm, the drum handling device is ideal for driving around Euro pallets. Drums can be picked up, moved to the desired location, pivoted and then emptied in a controlled manner. The transport device reduces manual effort and supports ergonomic and safe work processes in the warehouse, production and logistics.
