Product description
- 180° rotation range
- Drum holder with rotary mechanism
- Tipping operation with lifting cylinder via forklift hydraulics
- Self-locking gearbox
- Drum holder with eccentric lock
- For 200 l steel drums
The drum tipper with tipping operation via stacker hydraulics enables the safe pick-up, transport and metered emptying of 200-litre steel drums. The robust stacker attachment is suitable for steel bung drums and steel lid drums with a drum diameter of 560 mm (+10/–25 mm). It supports efficient workflows in warehouses, production and disposal.
The tipping operation is carried out via a lifting cylinder actuated by the stacker's hydraulics. As a result, no manual cranking or additional drive is required. The 180° rotation range enables targeted tipping and emptying of the drum. The movement can be executed in a controlled manner and adjusted to the respective filling or emptying position.
The drum clamp with rotating mechanism is closed securely with an eccentric latch. This ensures that the drum remains reliably secured in place during pick-up, transport and tipping. A self-locking gearbox prevents unintentional turning back and increases operational safety.
The sturdy base frame is made of steel and designed for fork arms with a cross-section of 150 x 60 mm. A safety lock prevents accidental slipping from the stacker. With a max. load of 360 kg, the drum tipper is suitable for filled 200-litre drums. The drum tipper is optional with a painted surface in yellow orange RAL 2000 or as a zinc plated model.
