Product description
- For steel and plastic drums from 60 – 220 litres and waste containers
- Drum holder with rotary mechanism
- 360° rotation range
- Tipping process with hand crank
- Mounts for forklift trucks, wheel loaders and cranes
The drum tipper for stacker and crane operation with a hand crank enables safe picking up, transporting, tilting, turning and setting down of a wide variety of containers. The robust drum handling device is suitable for steel and plastic drums from 60 to 220 litres as well as for 120- and 240-litre waste containers. Pick-up can be carried out with a forklift truck, wheel loader or crane.
The drum holder with turning mechanism offers a 360° turning range. This allows drums to be turned completely and the contents to be emptied in a targeted manner. The tilting process is controlled via a hand crank. This enables controlled positioning of the container and supports metered pouring.
A prism with a tensioning strap holds the drum securely in the mount. This prevents the container from shifting during transport or tilting. The double-worm gear supports reliable power transmission and makes turning heavy drums easier. An additional safeguard protects against accidental slipping off the lifting device.
The sturdy steel base frame is designed for regular use in the warehouse, production, disposal and workshop. The forklift pockets are designed for fork arms with a cross-section of 150 x 60 mm and a clear distance of 650 mm. The drum tipper is available with an optional painted surface in yellow orange RAL 2000 or in a zinc plated model.
