Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® XT folding sump tray – robust emergency sump tray for fast leakage management

Die Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® XT folding sump tray enables quick provision of containment capacity and supports effective leakage management in the event of unexpected liquid leaks. Thanks to the integrated wall mechanism, the folding sump tray is ready for use within a very short time – entirely without assembly.

The liquid-tight emergency sump tray consists of an extremely robust, PVC-coated special tarpaulin with reinforced corners. The material is resistant to aggressive media, abrasion and puncturing. This makes the containment solution suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor applications.

An integrated mechanism keeps the walls securely in a 90° position. The side walls can be raised or folded flat by pressing lightly. In the reinforced, extremely robust Rigid-Lock QuickBerm® XT model, this allows the special tarpaulin to be driven over frequently by trucks, stackers or drum trucks. When driving over the folded-down wall mechanism, wheel loads of up to 5000 kg are possible. The folding sump tray is therefore suitable for drums, tank containers, tankers and other containers.

For flexible leakage management, the tray can be folded up to save space and easily transported or stored. Brass eyelets allow ground anchoring for additional stability if required (ground anchors not included in delivery). As a pallet sump tray, it supports the rapid containment of leaks and provides safety during maintenance work, accidents or temporary storage and handling processes.

A protective tarpaulin under the tray extends the service life (accessories).
