Emergency light V-LUX STANDARD for flexible and reliable escape route marking
The emergency light V-LUX STANDARD combines safety lighting and escape signs in a robust single-battery light. It can be flexibly mounted on the wall or ceiling and supports clear orientation in the event of a failure of the general lighting.
The impact-resistant polycarbonate housing reliably protects the escape sign light against external influences. This also makes it suitable for highly frequented and publicly accessible areas. In the standard model, the housing meets ingress protection IP65. The emergency light is therefore dust-tight and protected against water jets.
A white reflector ensures an even light distribution. The supplied standard set of information signs enables needs-based escape route marking. Depending on the mounting position and local escape route, the appropriate escape sign can be used.
The single-battery light can be switched from maintained to non-maintained mode. In maintained mode, the escape sign remains illuminated continuously. In non-maintained mode, the safety lighting activates in the event of an interruption to the regular power supply. This allows the operating mode to be adapted to different safety concepts and building uses.
The function test of the emergency light is carried out either via a manual test function or the AUTOTEST function. A status LED clearly displays the operating status. The integrated test button supports targeted manual checks. In the AUTOTEST model, prescribed test routines are carried out automatically, which facilitates regular monitoring of the escape route marking.
The escape sign light is suitable for assembly venues, universities, football stadiums, office buildings, shops, banks and shopping centres. Other areas of application include swimming pools, schools and hospitals where reliable escape route marking is required for many people.
