Countersink set DIN 335 HSSE-Co5 with U groove

The 6-piece DIN 335 HSS-Co5 PREMIUM countersink set impresses with its precise machining results and high resilience in daily use. The combination of a U-flute with unequal scale division and a robust 3-sided shank ensures smooth running, clean countersinks and reliable power transmission – in both stationary and manual applications in conjunction with drills, cordless screwdrivers or pillar drills.

Made from HSSE-Co5, these countersinks are suitable for professional metalworking with high cutting speeds and long service lives when used with demanding materials.
The model Form C with 90° enables precise countersinking and deburring work while also allowing for low-force drilling. Thanks to the special cutting edge geometry, this results in uniform surfaces and reduced vibrations during machining. This facilitates precise work, even with demanding materials.

The countersinks are suitable for machining alloyed and high-alloy steels, cast iron, stainless steel as well as special alloys. Even at high temperatures, the cutting performance remains constant and the reduced wear enables economical work processes in workshop and industrial use.

Thanks to the stable 3-sided shank, the tools sit securely in the chuck and reliably transmit the power. The U-flute supports clean chip removal and improves the smooth running of the countersink.
