HSS-co bi-metal hole saw set – versatile tool for precise hole drilling

The HSS-Co bi-metal hole saw set is a high-performance tool for clean and precise hole drilling in a wide variety of materials. The 17-piece universal set impresses with high-quality bi-metal hole saws made of M42 steel with an 8 % cobalt content and offers a long service life even in demanding applications.

The set includes twelve drills in the form of bi-metal hole saws, two adapters, two centre drills and a key wrench. The vario toothing with 4 to 6 teeth per inch and the positive tooth angle enable rapid sawing progress and a clean cut pattern. With a cutting depth of 38 mm, the tool is suitable for precise, circular drilling in wood, plasterboard, plastics, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, steel and stainless steel (V2A and V4A) from a material thickness of 1 mm.

The specially alloyed tool steel body with a robust mounting plate ensures high stability and supports low-vibration operation. This achieves precise drilling results while reducing the strain on both the user and the machine. The high wear resistance of the bi-metal model also contributes to a long service life of the drills.
