Internal and external deburrer – tool for clean pipe ends and edges

The internal and external deburrer is a versatile deburrer for the fast and precise machining of pipe ends and edges. High-quality cutting edges made of tool steel and a robust body made of powder coated zinc alloy ensure they are durable and deliver reliable results in daily use.

The tool can be clamped on both sides and can therefore be used flexibly for both internal and external deburring. The internal deburrer is suitable for pipe diameters from 27 to 86 mm, while the external deburrer covers the range from 28 to 83 mm. This versatile model enables the machining of various pipe dimensions with just one tool.

The deburrer reliably removes sharp edges and burrs and creates clean transitions at pipe ends. This facilitates assembly work and reduces the risk of damage to seals or connectors. At the same time, the precise reworking improves the fit of the components and supports safe further processing.

The tool is particularly suitable for plastics such as PE, PVC, CPVC, PEX, ABS and PP as well as for soft metals such as aluminium, copper and brass. The robust construction and the wear-resistant cutting edges ensure a consistently high machining quality even with regular use. This makes the deburrer a reliable solution for installation, assembly and maintenance work.
