PE sump tray for IBC/KTC tank containers – safe dispensing station for storage containers

The PE sump tray for IBC/KTC tank containers is designed for compliant indoor storage and the controlled dispensing of water-polluting liquids. It accommodates a 1000 l IBC or KTC tank container and provides a sump capacity of 1100 litres. This reliably retains leaking liquids and effectively protects work areas, floors and the environment.

The robust sump tray made of high-quality polyethylene is resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and many other aggressive chemicals. Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated support cross or on an optional steel grate or PE perforated plate. This allows the storage surface to be selected to match the respective container, application and handling concept. An integrated front dispensing attachment catches drips and allows dispensing containers to be placed on it.

The PE support cross transfers the weight directly to the floor and enables a load capacity of up to 1500 kg per storage station. The generous storage surface ensures safe positioning of the tank container. The well-conceived design also facilitates internal handling. The tray can be accessed from two sides with a stacker or manual pallet truck. Transport is strictly permitted only when empty and without an IBC/KTC in place.

For storage and transport without a support cross, perforated plate or grate, the sump tray can be stacked to save space. The support cross is delivered partially assembled and can be easily assembled. With general technical approval from the DIBt, Berlin, the PE sump tray meets key requirements for the safe handling of hazardous substances that pollute water.
Support cross is delivered partially assembled – easy assembly.
