Industrial hand lever grease gun – PRESSOL for greases up to NLGI 2

The industrial manual lever grease gun is designed for the professional lubrication of machinery, vehicles and systems with greases up to NLGI 2 at 20 °C. The robust model is suitable for regular maintenance and servicing work in workshops, production, agriculture and vehicle fleets.

The precisely fitting pump piston with a tolerance of 6 µm supports reliable grease delivery without false lubrication. The sealing system consisting of an O-ring and valve ball prevents grease that has already been compressed from escaping back out of the grease gun head. As a result, the lubricant reaches the intended lubrication point in a controlled manner.

Even hard-to-reach grease nipples can be reached. Grease is reliably primed and delivered even at a small opening angle of the hand lever. The non-slip handle enables safe operation. The delivery rate can be metered proportionally to the hand lever travel. The maximum delivery pressure of 400 bar supports greasing even at high back pressure.

The grease gun can be filled with 400 g grease cartridges, a grease filling device or bulk grease. A moulded sleeve ensures a tight fit in the process. The loose lid with clamping piece allows manual assistance of the spring force in any position to compress bulk grease or to press the sleeve into damaged cartridges. The push rod can be locked in any position. This means it does not need to be pulled back completely to relieve the grease from spring pressure (grease does not saponify). A half turn of the grease gun tube enables quick venting. According to the manufacturer, performance remains unchanged even after 40,000 work cycles.
