Bench scale, battery-operated – KERN weighing plate 230 x 190 mm

The battery-powered bench scale is a robust scale for precise weighing tasks under demanding conditions. With ingress protection ratings IP68 and IP69K, the platform scale is reliably protected against dust as well as strong water jets and is therefore also suitable for harsh working environments. Thanks to battery operation and the compact design, the scale can be used flexibly at changing locations without being dependent on a permanent power supply.

The platform scale has a hygienic weighing plate made of stainless steel, which can be cleaned quickly and easily. The coloured checkweighing display supports weighing with a tolerance range and displays the result at a glance: too light, in the target range or too heavy. As a result, portioning, dosing and sorting processes can be carried out faster and more safely. In addition, the scale has an integrated piece counting function with storable piece weight, which also allows larger quantities to be recorded efficiently. The battery and power supply unit are included in the scope of delivery and enable continuous operation of the scale, even during charging. The adjustable sleep function reduces energy consumption, as the platform scale automatically switches to energy-saving mode after a defined time without operation.

The battery-powered bench scale is suitable for production, warehouse, food processing, shipping, order picking and many other areas in which precise weighing results are required.
