Stainless steel sump tray for tank containers – durable stainless steel tray for safe hazardous substance handling
The stainless steel sump tray for tank containers provides reliable protection during the storage of aggressive, corrosive and flammable media. Manufactured from highly resistant, rustproof stainless steel with a material thickness of 2 mm, the stainless steel tray supports safe and compliant hazardous substance handling, even with demanding chemicals.
The resistant stainless steel provides long-term corrosion protection when handling aggressive media. This makes the sump tray suitable for chemicals, acids and alkalis, among other substances. The stainless steel tray is approved for flammable liquids of GHS categories 1–3 as well as for liquids hazardous to water of GHS categories 1–4 and corrosive liquids of GHS category 1.
For compliant hazardous substance handling, the sump tray is supplied with a declaration of conformity (ÜHP) in accordance with StawaR. It thus supports companies in the safe storage of relevant hazardous substances and helps to collect escaping liquids in a controlled manner.
A ground clearance of 100 mm facilitates in-plant transport. The stainless steel tray can be picked up with a forklift truck or pallet truck and positioned as required. This facilitates handling when setting up or adapting storage areas.
The sump tray is suitable for IBC/KTC tank containers with 1000 litres or for the combined storage of 60- or 200-litre drums as well as small containers. The robust stainless steel tray thus enables flexible hazardous substance handling in industry, production, warehousing and chemical-technical work areas.
With declaration of conformity (ÜHP) acc. to StawaR
Approved for flammable liquids of GHS categories 1 – 3
Approved for liquids hazardous to water of GHS categories 1 – 4
Approved for corrosive liquids of GHS category 1
Please note: Zinc plated or stainless steel grating available as accessories.
