Steel sump tray for 200-litre drums
The steel sump tray offers a heavy-duty solution for mobile area protection during storage and internal transport of larger drum quantities. The robust construction made of 3 mm sheet steel and the hot dip galvanised grate ensure stable positioning and reliable collection of leaking liquids.
With a max. load of 1000 kg/m², the sump tray is suitable for the compliant storage of larger quantities of 200-litre drums. The hot dip galvanised grate creates an elevated standing surface and enables a clear arrangement of the containers. At the same time, leaked liquids remain controllable below the storage level. The steel tray thereby protects floors and work areas from contamination.
Integrated fork pockets facilitate safe lifting with a stacker or pallet truck. The ground clearance of 100 mm supports flexible relocation within the premises. This allows the steel sump tray to be used exactly where temporary additional area protection is required. Especially in goods-in and goods-out areas, this mobile model facilitates the safe organisation of hazardous substances.
The tray with a declaration of conformity (ÜHP) according to StawaR is approved for flammable liquids of GHS categories 1 to 3 as well as for water-hazardous liquids of GHS categories 1 to 4. The hot dip galvanised surface of the grate supports durable use under regular load.
