The dolly with drawbar and coupling enables the safe and efficient use in tugger trains at a continuously permissible speed of up to 12 km/h. It thus supports swift transport processes over longer internal routes.

The dolly is designed for Euro pallets and mesh pallets in Euro dimensions. Four catch corners secure the loaded pallet or mesh pallet and prevent accidental slipping during travel. As a result, goods and materials remain reliably positioned even during regular transports. The maximum towing weight of 3500 kg enables use in high-performance tugger trains.

A swivelling drawbar facilitates the connection and manoeuvring of the pallet dolly. The pin coupling with a diameter of 30 mm establishes a stable connection. A spring cotter pin secures the pin and reduces the risk of accidental loosening. In this way, the dolly with drawbar and coupling can be safely integrated into existing transport processes. Two swivel castors with double stop and two fixed castors ensure controlled handling. The high-quality castor equipment is approved for continuous operation up to 12 km/h. The powder coated steel frame provides a robust basis for recurring transport tasks.

The pallet dolly is suitable for production plants, warehouses, dispatch areas and internal logistics. It helps to move Euro pallets and mesh pallets in batches between workstations, staging areas and storage areas. This allows individual transport journeys to be reduced, material flows to be structured and manual transport routes to be shortened. Particularly for regularly recurring supply runs, the dolly supports consistent and predictable processes.
