Blocfor™ height safety device – reliable fall protection with automatic retraction

The blocfor™ height safety device offers reliable fall protection for working at height. The automatic retraction and pay-out of the webbing ensures high freedom of movement and supports safe working without disruptive slack. Thanks to the immediate locking in the event of a fall, the fall protection device helps to effectively reduce risks.

The compact design enables easy installation and comfortable use on different construction sites and workplaces. Thanks to the swivelling connector, the fall protection device follows the movements of the user and reduces twisting of the lanyard. An integrated spring keeps the webbing permanently under tension and ensures smooth guidance during work.

The housing, made from a robust fibreglass-polyamide blend, impresses with its high resistance and low weight. Vertical movements with a deflection of up to 20° are reliably accompanied, allowing the occupational safety equipment to be used flexibly. At the same time, the energy absorber principle ensures a smooth arrest in the event of a fall and helps to reduce the forces acting on the body.

The fall protection device is designed for easy maintenance. Few individual parts simplify inspection and maintenance. The annual inspection by a competent person in accordance with DGUV 312-906 can be carried out directly on site. As a component of modern occupational safety concepts, the height safety device supports safe and efficient workflows in areas where there is a risk of falling.
