The LCM 05 2-41 positioning lanyard is an adjustable lanyard for professional work at height. With a length of 2 m, it supports work and work positioning and enables controlled movement within the secured working area. The positioning lanyard is suitable for use in the construction industry, for assembly work, maintenance, and industrial activities, provided it is used with the other components of a suitable fall protection system.
The integrated rope clamp can be used on steel-wire-reinforced, braided ropes with a diameter of 12.5 mm. This allows the length of the positioning lanyard to be adapted to the respective working situation. The adjustment facilitates positioning on structures and supports a safe, ergonomic workflow. Edge protection can help protect the rope from increased stress.
The positioning lanyard is designed for a max. load of up to 150 kg. It is supplied assembled and consists of durable synthetic fibre. With a weight of approximately 1.5 kg, it remains easy to handle and can be easily integrated into personal protective equipment. The white model is clearly visible and facilitates inspecting the lanyard before use.
The LCM 05 2-41 is a functional addition to fall protection and positioning systems. Prior to use, compatibility with the existing harness and anchor point, as well as the respective manufacturer instructions, must be observed.
