Product description
The 3M™ Peltor™ safety helmet G3000 with 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and meets the highest safety requirements. The model G30CUB made of UV stabilised ABS plastic is blue and equipped with a headpiece with pinlock closure system and PVC sweatband. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the upper side of the helmet shell ensures exceptionally high wearing comfort even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. The extra short visor ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor™ G3000 safety helmet also offers an advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the visor at the back of the neck. Thanks to the special profile design, it is also easy to attach ear muffs or visors. Especially practical: the patented 3M™ Peltor™ Uvicator™ sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The three point fastening option of a chin strap (optionally available as an accessory) ensures individual adjustment to the head shape and a perfect fit. The application areas of the 3M™ Peltor™ safety helmet G3000 with 3M™ Uvicator™ are in forestry, industry and construction. The helmet is suitable for head widths from 54 – 62 cm.
