The GRP floor sump tray, with approval, offers reliable protection for storing hazardous liquids. The corrosion-resistant shallow tray made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic can be placed directly on the floor and also used in an interconnected floor-covering system.
The robust material is highly resistant to oils, chemicals, acids, alkalis, emulsions and cleaning agents up to a pH value of 8. This makes the plastic sump tray suitable for a variety of operational applications and ensures it remains resilient even with regular contact with aggressive media.
The low overall height makes loading and removing drums easier. Containers can thus be positioned easily and in a controlled manner in the sump tray. At the same time, the shallow tray can be placed directly on the floor. An additional pallet or substructure is not required for installation. For larger storage areas, several trays can be combined with one another across the entire surface.
Leaking liquids are collected within the tray area. This reduces the risk of floor contamination and makes inspection of the storage area easier. The plastic sump tray thereby supports structured and safe hazardous materials storage in production areas, workshops and storage rooms.
