Rack insert sump tray – space-saving sump tray for existing pallet racking
The rack insert sump tray enables the quick conversion of existing racking systems into legally compliant hazardous substance stores. As a space-saving sump tray, it is placed on the beams or suspended directly in the racking and integrates seamlessly into existing storage structures.
Made of high-quality polyethylene, the racking sump tray is characterised by its high resistance to many aggressive chemicals. This makes it suitable for the safe indoor storage of drums, IBC/KTC as well as small containers on pallets. The robust construction supports the reliable handling of substances hazardous to water and chemical substances in daily warehouse operations.
The sump tray fits all common rack bay widths and is compatible with standard racking systems. Due to the direct integration into the racking, valuable storage space is retained. This is particularly advantageous in areas with limited space.
A removable grate is included with the racking sump tray and facilitates handling as well as cleaning. At the same time, it ensures the safe placement of the stored containers.
As an economical sump tray, the rack insert sump tray supports the rapid adaptation of existing pallet racking to legal requirements. The racking sump tray thus creates safe storage conditions for hazardous substances and contributes to orderly and efficient workflows.
