Mobile PE sump tray – mobile plastic sump tray for the safe handling of hazardous substances

The mobile PE sump tray combines high resistance with easy mobility. As a robust plastic sump tray, it is particularly suitable for the safe storage and in-house transport of water-hazardous liquids in GHS categories 1 – 4. The low overall height makes loading with containers easier and supports efficient workflows in the warehouse, production or workshop area.

The shallow tray is manufactured using the seamless PE injection moulding process. This creates a resistant construction without weak points caused by weld seams. The polyethylene used is resistant to oils, acids and alkalis and is suitable for use in demanding working environments. At the same time, the plastic sump tray impresses with its low dead weight as well as its weather resistance and long service life.

For flexible transport, the shallow tray is equipped with a practical push handle. Two swivel castors and two fixed castors ensure good manoeuvrability and smooth running even on longer transport routes within the premises.

The plastic sump tray helps to prevent leaks and contamination and supports compliance with operational safety requirements. The general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin, underlines the suitability of the shallow tray for professional use in the storage and transport of liquid hazardous substances.
