PE drum dispensing station – storage station with integrated containment system for safe dispensing

The PE drum dispensing station combines storage, dispensing and containment functions in one compact solution. As a robust storage station with an integrated drum stand and a generous working area, it facilitates the safe handling of aggressive and water-hazardous media in daily operations.

The construction consists of chemical- and UV-resistant polyethylene (MDPE). The durable material is suitable for demanding operating conditions and offers high resistance to many media. The integrated sump tray with DIBt approval (Z-40.22-380) has a sump capacity of 450 litres and supports the safe containment of escaping liquids.

The storage station offers sufficient space above the sump tray to comfortably decant liquids from drums into smaller containers. An integrated drum stand enables the storage and dispensing from two drums with a capacity of 200 litres each. This allows work processes during dosing, decanting and provision of liquids to be designed efficiently.

For additional flexibility, the drum pallet can be driven under with a pallet truck and stacker. The integrated fork pockets (each 205 mm wide, centre distance 430 mm) facilitate internal transport and enable easy positioning at the place of use.

The drum pallet is suitable for the safe storage and controlled dispensing of a wide variety of media and supports companies in organising work areas cleanly, clearly and in compliance with the law.

With an additional drum pallet (accessories), up to 4 drums of 200 litres each can be stored.
