PE small container pallet sump tray – sump tray for safe storage on Euro pallets
The PE small container pallet sump tray combines high resistance with a space-saving design and supports compliant storage as well as the transport of small containers. The precisely fitting model for Euro pallets facilitates integration into existing warehouse and logistics processes.
The robust sump tray is made of High Density polyethylene (HDPE). The material is resistant to oils, acids and alkalis and is suitable for daily use in industry, workshops and warehouses. At the same time, the small container sump tray is 100 % recyclable and thus contributes to a resource-saving use of materials.
The sump tray fits perfectly on Euro pallets, either individually or in combination. This allows storage areas to be used efficiently and different containers to be positioned safely. The anti-slip grid surface ensures a stable footing for the containers and supports safe working. When they are not in use, trays and grids can be stacked to save space.
In addition to the storage of small containers, the small container sump tray is also suitable as a surface protection system. It is approved for water-hazardous liquids of GHS categories 1 – 4 and thus meets important requirements when handling critical substances. The general technical approval of the DIBt creates additional safety during planning, storage and internal transport. As a sump tray, it supports compliance with legal requirements and reduces the risk of contamination from leaking liquids.
