Steel sump tray – robust solution for safe hazardous substance storage
The eurokraft pro steel sump tray offers a safe and legally compliant solution for the storage of flammable liquids and liquids hazardous to water. Thanks to the robust construction made of 3 mm thick sheet steel and the durable, hot dip galvanised surface, they are excellently suited for daily industrial use.
The sump tray has a declaration of conformity (ÜHP) in accordance with the steel sump tray guideline (StawaR) and is approved for the storage of flammable liquids of GHS categories 1 – 3 and liquids hazardous to water of GHS categories 1 – 4. Leaking liquids can be safely collected. This means the sump tray supports both hazardous substance storage and the controlled dispensing of such media.
The steel construction is hot dip galvanised for permanently reliable use. The surface treatment offers effective corrosion protection and increases resistance under typical operating conditions.
Whether 200-litre drums, 60-litre drums or small containers: the sump trays impress with their high flexibility and create order in the warehouse. The sturdy, 100 mm high support feet are particularly practical during daily handling of hazardous substances. They allow access from all sides underneath with pallet trucks or stackers. This allows the sump tray to be easily lifted, relocated and positioned at the desired location of use. This facilitates workflows when storing, providing and handling hazardous substances.
Depending on operational requirements, the steel sump tray is available optional without or with a zinc plated grate. The grates are placed on sturdy support profiles and can be removed for easy cleaning of the sump tray.
