Steel sump tray for safe hazardous substance storage
The steel sump tray combines robust materials with tested safety and creates a reliable basis for the compliant storage and dispensing of liquids. The sturdy model made of painted 3 mm sheet steel is particularly suitable for use in demanding operational environments.
As a resistant steel tray, the product reliably collects leaking liquids and protects work areas, floors and the environment from contamination. The sump tray is equipped with sturdy support feet and designed for a max. load of 1,000 kg/m². This allows 60-litre drums and smaller containers to be positioned and handled safely.
The ground clearance of 100 mm facilitates internal transport. As the steel tray can be driven under from all four sides, it can be flexibly picked up and positioned using suitable lifting equipment. This supports efficient warehouse organisation and facilitates adaptation to changing operational processes.
The tray with a declaration of conformity (ÜHP) in accordance with StawaR is approved for flammable liquids of GHS categories 1 to 3. In addition, it is suitable for liquids hazardous to water of GHS categories 1 to 4. As a result, the steel tray provides a reliable basis for the safe storage of relevant hazardous substances.
The painted surface supports the longevity of the sump tray and facilitates inspection for contamination or leaked liquids. Support feet provide additional clearance from the floor and improve accessibility during cleaning and inspection.
This product is ideal for the compliant storage and dispensing of hazardous substances in drums and small containers.
