ErgoMove 500 drive system set – Blickle handle with rotary encoder

The ErgoMove 500 Set drive system is an electric drive system for retrofitting manually pushed or pulled transport trolleys. It reduces the effort required when starting, pushing, steering and braking loads of up to 500 kg and can be quickly integrated into existing trolleys thanks to plug and play. The electric drive improves ergonomics, safety and driving comfort in daily material transport.

Pre-assembled components enable easy installation without complex modifications. Two electrically driven fixed castors reliably assist with starting, pushing, steering and braking. Adjustable power levels ensure smooth driving characteristics with different trolley weights. With a driving speed of up to 5 km/h, the system enables rapid material transport. The high-quality soft polyurethane tread made of antistatic polyurethane elastomer ensures an exceptionally elastic, low-noise and non-marking operation. The integrated safety box with emergency stop enables the system to be switched off quickly in critical situations. The key switch protects against unauthorised use. Plug-in cables facilitate installation and maintenance work. Two 18 V/5,2 Ah rechargeable batteries ensure low-interruption operation, as one battery can be charged during use.

Depending on the model, a control unit with a sensor handle and force sensor or a handle with a rotary drive switch is available. The sensor handle with an integrated force sensor detects the drawer or pulling pressure exerted and adapts the drive support accordingly. The handle with a rotary drive switch enables the continuous preselection of the driving speed and is particularly suitable for applications where a constant and precise travel movement is required.

The ErgoMove 500 drive system is suitable for industry, logistics, production and internal material transport. The electric drive relieves employees when moving heavy trolleys and helps to reduce physical strain and the risk of overexertion. At the same time, transport processes can be carried out in a more controlled and efficient manner. The compact drive module also fits into small installation spaces and turns existing transport trolleys into ergonomic transport solutions without the need for new purchases.
