Sturdy lateral zinc plated steel profiles, 20 x 60 x 20 mm. Ball bearing steel or plastic skate wheels, Ø 48 mm. Staggered layout of skate wheels from axle to axle with same quantity of skate wheels per axle.
Base surface of the goods to be transported has to be flat, firm and smooth.

Static maximum load 200 kg per metre of track with supports spaced 1 m apart.

Designing your conveyor
Build up the required conveyor length from individual sections. Determine required number of straight and curved sections. Determine track width by largest dimension of goods to be transported. Determine spacing between axles by smallest dimension of goods to be transported.
With 75 mm axle spacing the effective length for 1 m = 975 mm, for 2 m = 1950 mm.

Suitable for use in closed, dry rooms, with occasional relocation.
Special designs, 45° curves and passages available on request.
