ROCIA.focus machine light – Waldmann mains voltage 100 – 240 V

The ROCIA.focus machine light was developed for precision work and impresses with its precise light guidance as well as its high, robust resistance for demanding industrial applications. As a powerful LED light, it ensures excellent visibility even during intricate machining, testing and assembly tasks, and supports reliable illumination directly at the work area.

Thanks to modern LED technology, the work light produces a neutral, high-contrast light with a colour temperature of 5000 K and a colour rendering index of R_a > 80. This makes workpieces, contours and surfaces visible in great detail. Depending on the model, the machine light has a precise beam angle of 10° or a wider beam angle of 30°. This allows the LED light to be aligned specifically with workpieces, machine areas or inspection points. The fully spring-balanced arm enables flexible yet stable positioning of the articulated light. The desired light position is permanently maintained and can be quickly adjusted at any time. The integrated button on the light head enables convenient switching and continuously variable dimming directly at the place of use.

The housing made of black and clear anodised aluminium as well as the 3 mm thick safety glass offer a high level of resistance against mechanical loads and demanding ambient conditions. Depending on the model, the light head offers ingress protection ratings of IP65 for versions with an integrated power supply or IP67 for versions without a power supply or with a plug-in power supply. In addition, it is designed for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C and achieves a service life of more than 60.000 operating hours.

The articulated light is suitable for machine workstations, production facilities, inspection stations as well as assembly and machining areas. Wherever precise work is carried out, the machine light supports targeted illumination and reduces disruptive shadows. It is supplied with a connection cable approx. 3 m long. Various mounting solutions are available as accessories and enable a demand-based integration of the work light into a wide variety of machine and system concepts.
