The office chair has a synchronous mechanism that improves the ergonomics of the chair for a more comfortable position when seated. A synchronous mechanism means that the seat and back rest follow the movements of the body in sync (coordinated) when uncoupled. As you lean back, the seat also tilts slightly forwards, which helps to keep the body in an ergonomic position. This promotes better posture and reduces tension, especially when spending long periods seated.
