Ergonomics: the ESD TEXON adapts to the user's movements on the basis of the auto-motion technology and provides the perfect level of support in any position. The basic mechanism enables synchronised forwards and backwards motion of the seat and back rest. The seat and back rest can be locked in three positions for more support.
Flex-Back is a flexible element underneath the back rest that extends the range of movement even further to the rear. It provides more comfort, especially when the back rest is fixed in place, as the back remains easy to move while also being sufficiently supported. If this is not wanted, it can also be fixed in place.
Convenient gas lift height adjustment. Sturdy, powder coated aluminium five star base.

Thick, replaceable seat cushions for maximum seating comfort, available in four models. All cushions can be removed and replaced with a single click. This makes surfaces under the cushions easy to clean.

How it works: when under load, the castors lock, preventing the chair from rolling away. When there is no load, they make the chair easy to move.
This ensures they comply with the safety regulations specified by DIN 68877. For safety reasons, standard castors are not permitted for heights above 650 mm.
