WAS 10.100 spray cleaning agent – IBS Scherer pH value 13

This alkaline high-performance degreasing concentrate was specially developed for industrial cleaning requirements and is suitable for a particularly wide range of applications. It reliably removes even heavy oil and grease contamination and also demonstrates high cleaning performance on stubborn residues. The cleaner is optimally suited for use in automatic washing machines, spray and flood cleaning systems, as well as in aqueous parts cleaning devices, and impresses with its economical and safe application in an industrial environment.

The concentrate dissolves all types of fats and oils, including coolants, drilling and cutting oils, as well as engine, hydraulic and corrosion protection oils, and native fats and lubricant components. Crusts, coking, resins, preservatives such as waxes, as well as swarf and polishing dust are also effectively removed. Thanks to its high alkalinity (pH value 13), the cleaner is effective even at a low application concentration of 2–5%, which makes it cost- and energy-efficient.

The product achieves excellent results from a cleaning temperature of just 40 °C – without foam formation and without leaving stains on the cleaned surfaces. The integrated defoamer ensures trouble-free operation in automated systems. Additionally, the cleaner offers corrosion protection and a wash-active, low-foaming formulation, which is particularly process-reliable.

Thanks to its demulsifying effect, the product is ideally suited for oil separators, supports a longer bath life, and has tested separation friendliness. The cleaner meets the requirements of ÖNORM B 5104, B 5105 and B 5106 regarding wastewater compatibility. Furthermore, it is environmentally friendly and user-friendly, as the surfactants it contains are readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria.
