The MINI 36 parts washer offers a compact and powerful solution for automatic parts cleaning in production, manufacturing and maintenance. The robust stainless steel construction and the fully automated cleaning process ensure that oil and grease contamination on components such as bolts, sleeves or ball bearings is reliably removed in a short time, while employees gain valuable time for other tasks.
After filling the tank with water and the appropriate water-soluble IBS special cleaning agent, the items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the machine is started using the selected temperature and time settings. The wash liquor is heated and the basket, driven by the water jet, rotates continuously inside the closed housing. The horizontally arranged pump unit pumps the wash liquor via three stainless steel nozzle pipes with precisely overlapping flat-jet nozzles, which intensively wash the items to be cleaned from all sides. After the wash programme is complete, the MINI 36 switches off automatically.
For reliable operation, the machine is equipped with a stainless steel sieve plate with filter inlets, an integrated vapour exhaust, as well as a low-water protection feature. An additional stainless steel small parts basket (Ø 170 mm) extends the range of applications for smaller components.
