Automatic parts cleaner WA 152-2 – IBS Scherer load capacity 350 kg

The WA 152-2 parts washer, made of high-quality stainless steel, offers a reliable and convenient solution for automatic parts cleaning in production, manufacturing and maintenance. Thanks to its fully automatic cleaning process, the device removes oil and grease contamination – for example on bolts, sleeves or ball bearings – within a very short time, thus freeing up valuable capacity for other work processes. Unevenness at the installation site can be easily compensated for using the individually height-adjustable feet.
After filling the tank with water and the appropriate water-soluble IBS special cleaning agent, the items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating washing basket and the device is started according to the set temperature and time specifications. The cleaning solution is heated and the motor-driven basket then rotates evenly on its own axis. Two horizontally arranged pump units pump the washing solution through six stainless steel nozzle pipes with precisely aligned flat jet nozzles onto the items to be cleaned, thus ensuring an intensive all-round cleaning.
After the programme ends, the WA 152-2 switches off automatically. Additional features such as a stainless steel sieve plate with a filter basket, an integrated vapour extraction system and a low-water protection device increase operational safety. An additional stainless steel small parts basket also extends the range of applications for small components.
