CLEAN BOX Flex parts cleaner – Bio-Circle max. filling quantity 350 l

The CLEAN BOX Flex is a flexible and modular system for cleaning and degreasing large, unwieldy components or machine parts. Pastes, bitumen residue or oils, for example, are easy and safe to remove. When required, the system can be made deeper and/or wider. This allows it to be adapted to the respective cleaning requirements.

The recirculation system used for the CLEAN BOX Flex allows the cleaning agent to be used multiple times. To protect the electronic components of the system, aqueous alkaline cleaning agents with a pH value between 7 and 12 in the recommended concentration should be used. The system is not heated either, and cleans effectively at room temperature.

The dirty parts can be effectively cleaned by using an integrated flow through nozzle with a robust washing brush. The cleaning system includes a storage tank for the cleaning agent and a work platform comprised of grates onto which the dirty workpieces can be placed. It is also equipped with a sump tray with leakage inspection port, which makes it compliant with water protection requirements.
The electric delivery pump is convenient to switch on and off using the foot switch. The system can be closed with a lid to protect it from dirt or odours.

Size can be increased in increments of 1200 mm.
