The CLEAN BOX is a system that was developed to provide a range of cleaning options at the workplace. It can be used to clean, degrease, soak or remove rust from components. In addition, the CLEAN BOX is particularly easy to handle because it is mobile, stackable and space saving.
The cleaning box has a capacity of up to 50 litres and is made of hardwearing material (HDPE), which makes it suitable for the use of aqueous acidic and alkaline cleaning agents.
The cleaning fluid can be used several times, as the cleaning agent flows back into the immersion box when the components are lifted out.
Once the cleaning process is finished, the basket is easy to remove and place on the inner edges of the immersion box by rotating it 180 degrees. This allows the individual parts to drip dry, after which they can be removed.
After cleaning, the workpieces should be rinsed.
Using the CLEAN BOX saves money and protects the environment at the same time.
