Cleaning set RWR-80 L KST Dual Automatic – Bio-Circle with 2 x 20 l Power Cleaner KST 2.0

The BIO-CIRCLE RWR 80 L KST Dual Automatik was specifically developed for cleaning cooling channels in plastic injection moulds – and all without disassembly. The system operates in a closed circuit and reliably removes deposits such as limescale, grate, biofilms and algae, which can impair the efficiency and service life of your moulds.

Thanks to the integrated dual automatic system, a powerful pneumatic diaphragm pump and a digital display, the unit offers precise and safe cleaning. The automatic flow direction change as well as the compressed air bypass ensure that even stubborn residues are effectively flushed out. An additional corrosion inhibitor in the rinsing circuit provides long-lasting protection for your systems.

In combination with the specially developed Power Cleaner KST 2.0, the RWR unit achieves maximum cleaning results. The cleaner is low-VOC, phosphate- and hydrofluoric acid-free and almost odourless – for better working conditions and greater safety. It reliably removes residues from cooling water and coolants as well as mineral deposits, without attacking the materials.

Preventive cleaning with the RWR KST Dual Automatik increases heat transfer in the moulds, reduces downtime and increases productivity. At the same time, it improves the quality of the produced parts through clean cooling channels and extends the service life of your systems.
